For women with ADHD, connecting with like-minded women can be one of the most important and rewarding parts of your journey.
For many of us, friendships can be a struggle. We try to morph into different people and often feel misunderstood or struggle to relate to those around us. Unfortunately, we’re prone to sitting on the periphery of friendship circles, often feeling shunned or rejected.
BUT, when you find a friendship circle filled with other women with ADHD, you’ll finally know how it feels to sit firmly inside a friendship group. And the best part is that you can leave your ‘mask’ at the door and actually be yourself without judgement.
The ADHD Haven For Women was created by women with ADHD, so nobody ‘gets you’ like we do. And we have worked together to come up with some unique ways to help support women who are struggling to make the most of living in a neurotypical world with an ADHD brain.
Through the wonders of the internet - and very soon through special retreats for women with ADHD, too - bringing small intimate tribes together is what we’re all about. A place where you can be understood, appreciated, supported and loved for the real you; this is your chance to finally gain what all those NTs (neurotypicals) have!
